Because of the close proximity to chemicals being applied it is possible for concentrated amounts of fumes to be present in the air. Proper ventilation can significantly reduce the likelihood of being overcome. Air filters and masks are available that will reduce the exposure to potentially harmful fumes.
Your credit card is charged for your order at the time that you finalize it online. We do this so that any payment problems can be resolved immediately and conveniently when you are still online. The unique nature of our service makes it unlikely that your desired products will not be shipped promptly because they are on backorder. You will usually be notified by email if your order cannot be shipped within a week of the time you place it.

Errors & Omissions
It is quite rare, but sometimes there may be an error, omission, or ambiguity in a published sale or item description. When this happens, we reserve the right to correct the error or to clarify the description once we have the accurate information. If you have ordered the item before the correction, we may cancel the order and issue you a refund or may make other reasonable adjustments. You may also return any item to us for a full refund.
Returning Merchandise
When you receive your order, always keep the paperwork that is included with it in case you wish to return or exchange an item. Also, save any emails you receive about your order, as they may provide important information.
All unopened / unused products may be returned for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee. Any damaged products due to shipping or manufacturer error may be returned for store credit at the full value. You must email us at info@photocentricusa.com within 1 week of receiving your item letting us know that you will be sending the item back. We recommend placing insurance or at the very least delivery confirmation on your package as we are not responsible for any packages not received. Delivery confirmation done through USPS is in no way a tracking number but it does help if they have to find the package when it is lost.
